Project Overview

Held on the historic Disney Studios lot in Burbank, the 2025 West Coast Service Celebration honored employees whose creativity and dedication continue to shape the company’s storytelling legacy. Innovative Intensity designed a dynamic lighting environment that transformed the studio campus into a vibrant evening of recognition and magic—featuring custom Hidden Mickey gobos, richly textured color palettes, and subtle architectural highlights that celebrated Disney’s timeless sense of wonder.

The result was an atmosphere that felt both cinematic and deeply personal—illuminating the people who bring Disney stories to life every day.
